Devices & Tanks
Returns for devices & tanks with manufacturer defects that are in original packaging with receipt and have no physical damage may be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Coils
Returns for coils with manufacturer defects or unopened coils in original package with receipt may be accepted within 30 days of purchase.

E-Liquid
Returns for unopened e-liquid with receipt may be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Returns for opened bottles are not accepted.
